For years I have desired, and attempted, to create resources and support and training to enable Sunday School teachers to do well in their volunteer positions. As pastor to small churches with limited budgets, I know many teachers need FREE help! I started Cherithbrook Ministries in 2001, and ended it in 2009 because I could not longer afford the website and had severely limited time (due to my job) to develop it. However, I could not leave the dream alone!
So, now unemployed and discovering a much less costly web host, I have begun again. I don't need as much money for the site and I have time to work on it. Being unemployed, however, is a challenge in itself! God has given me some gifted friends who will be contributing articles and lessons. It is our goal to produce video/worksheet small group studies for the whole Bible, free of charge. It's going to take a while!
The finished product should enable any believer to host a small group anywhere!
This is a new start. Please be patient, but also, please stay involved. I and my friends need your helpful suggestions.
